Jort van Welbergen

Creative Director & Studio Head

He is an industry veteran with over 10 years of experience in the games and film industry. Having produced concepts for blockbuster projects such as House of Dragon, Horizon Zero Dawn, Killzone, Eternals and Star Citizen.

As Creative Director Jort helms Pathfinder and utilises his leadership experience from projects like A Quiet Place and Star Atlas to ensure that all projects and artists within the company excel.

Daniel McGarry

Art Director & Principal Concept Artist

Starting his career at Industrial Light & Magic; Daniel is an all around power house when it comes to design and worldbuilding. Having contributed to many projects including How to Train Your Dragon 2, The Creator, A Quiet Place, Doctor Strange and many more.

Daniel is also a skilled educator and communicator and utilises these skills in his Art Direction for Pathfinder providing clear and succinct guidance for projects.

Steven
Cormann

Principal Concept Artist

Steven is the swiss armyknife of previz and VFX. Not only has he contributed concept art to shows like the Rings of Power but he has also done full VFX sequences for Jurassic World and everything in between. 

With his keen eye for compelling compositions, lighting and design, Steven is an incredible addition to any concept team.

Antoine
Colignon

Principal Concept Artist

Antoine is an experienced keyframe and character designer. He’s a master of sculpting, clothing, lighting and composition. He has worked on many films such as Deadpool vs Wolverine & games such as Spiderman 2.

His keen eye and taste make him an invaluable asset adding a sense of realism to scenes that few can achieve.
